of the Highlands, on the edge of the deep valleys

Dividing Range.
Bundanoon is a town in the Southern Highlands of
New South Wales, Australia, in Wingecarribee
Shire. In 2011, Bundanoon had a population of
2,419 people, up 17 percent since 2006. The Sydney
real estate boom of the early 21st century made
Bundanoon an affordable haven within
commuting distance of the City. Property values
increased several-fold, and houses in Bundanoon
were selling for over a million dollars by 2007.
