Malaga is an industrial area of Perth,
approximately 10km from the CBD. It is
conveniently close to Reid Hwy, which is a 23km
east-west highway, and partial freeway, in the
northern suburbs of Perth, linking North Beach
with Middle Swan.
In conjunction with Tonkin Hwy, it serves as an
important artery between Perth’s coastal and
eastern suburbs, industrial areas, Perth Airport
and the Mitchell Freeway.
Malaga’s business precinct includes branches of
major banks, Bunnings warehouse, numerous
shops including Harvey Norman and
Officeworks, and is home to the Malaga
markets.The neighbouring residential suburbs of
Dianella, Ballajura, Morley and Mirrabooka,
provide a number of major shopping centres, lush
green parklands, public transport and local
schools.
