Maudsland is a rural locality in the north of City of
Gold Coast on the coast of Queensland, Australia.
Maudsland features acreage properties, a number
of housing estates including acreage and
neighbourhood ones. At the 2011 census, 3,215
people lived in the suburb.

Maudsland is bounded on the west by the Nerang
River and by the Gaven Arterial Road to the
north. Maudsland Road is the main road to and
through the locality. On the east, the locality
is adjacent to, but does not include, the Nerang
National Park.
