Cooloolabin (Sunshine Coast) is located in the
South East Queensland region, Queensland
(QLD) in Australia. The satellite coordinates of

Queensland and is about 104 kms north of
QLD's capital city of Brisbane.

was 42. While most of the area in the suburb of
Cooloolabin is part of the reservation area
that's relegated to the Cooloolabin Dam, there
are some modern districts in it that cater to the
local residents and visitors. Located west of
the Bruce Highway, the suburb of Cooloolabin
houses the Cooloolabin Dam, which takes care
of the water and electricity supply by
harnessing the power of the Maroochy River.
