About Brendale
Brendale is a suburb in Moreton Bay Region,
Queensland, Australia. Brendale is north of
Brisbane, the state capital, located immediately
south of Strathpine on the South Pine River.
Brendale is a suburb of Brisbane, Queensland and
is about 17 kms north-northwest of QLD's capital
city of Brisbane. In the 2011 Australian census the
population of Brendale was 1,847 when there were
942 Females and 905 Males living there. The
median age for people living in Brendale was 34.
Brendale is mostly an industrial suburb, although
several parks exist within it. It contains a Powerlink
275/110 kV electrical transmission substation called
South Pine Substation, as well as a waste
treatment plant.
