Tablelands region of New South Wales, Australia,
within the City of Lithgow local government area.
Hartley is located below the western escarpment
of the Blue Mountains. Today Hartley is nothing
more than a couple of churches, an impressive
sandstone Court House, and about a dozen
buildings many of which are unoccupied.
