About Colo
Colo is a suburb of Sydney, New South Wales and
is about 63 kms northwest of NSW's capital city of
Sydney
The spectacular Colo Region is home to the Colo
River and parts of the Wollemi National
Park. Colo, known locally as "adventure country",
is also home to accommodation
and shops as well as many outdoor recreation
activities, ranging from paintball skirmish to horse-
riding, 4WD touring, canoeing, abseiling and
bushwalking.
The Colo River, a perennial stream that is part of
the Hawkesbury-Nepean catchment, is located in
the Central Tablelands of New South Wales,
Australia.
