Condah Swamp is a suburb of South Western
Victoria, Victoria and is about 276 kms west of
VIC's capital city of Melbourne. Condah Swamp is a
rural village in western Victoria, on the Henty
Highway 35 km south-west of Hamilton. It is also
on the Portland to Hamilton railway.

Condah is the name of a large swamp south of
Branxholme, fed by the Arandoovong Creek.
