Adelaide's central business district (CBD). In the
2011 Australian census the population of Rose Park
was 1,397 when there were 704 Females and 693
Males living there. The median age for people
living in Rose Park was 38.
Rose Park is a leafy, tree-lined and wealthy inner
suburb containing a number of historical and
contemporary attractions. Much of the area's 19th
Century housing stock has been recognised with
heritage protection.
