Sandstone Point is a suburb of Brisbane,
Queensland and is about 44 kms north-
northeast of QLD's capital city of Brisbane. In the
2011 Australian census the population of Sandstone
Point was 3,895 when there were 2,055 Females
and 1,840 Males living there. The median age for
people living in Sandstone Point was 50.

Sandstone Point is a suburb approximately 52
kilometres (32 mi) north of Brisbane within the
Moreton Bay Region. It is located across the bridge
from Bribie Island and has views of Moreton Bay
and surroundings. The suburb is one of the fastest
growing residential communities in the Moreton
Bay Regional Council.
