Valla is a village in the Nambucca Valley, on the
mid north coast of New South Wales, Australia.
The population of Valla are predominantly
Australian born (78 per cent) and English-speaking
(90 per
cent)
The Valla village was formerly a logging town,
surrounded by red cedar forest. A remnant
logging industry remains as part of the adjacent
state forests administered by the New South Wales
Department of Primary Industries. More recent
industries include macadamia plantations and
tourism.
Valla services include a pub, hairdresser, butchery,
real estate agent, cafe/general store, community
preschool and a caravan park.
