Pacific Highway and lies 46 km north-west of
Kempsey on the main road between Kempsey and
Armidale.

Bellbrook, about an hour’s scenic drive up river
from Kempsey. Arguably the birthplace of
Australian country music, Bellbrook is the
childhood home of country music legends Slim
Dusty and his mate Shorty Ranger. You can
still visit Slim’s original homestead nearby.
